Dear XIMB Family ,

I am barely awake while typing this .

When we started planning for the get together we didn’t even have a WhatsApp group . From there , last evening feels like a dream ! 300+ Alumni , so many old faces , old memories , so many new friendships! It was only a handful of us and we tried our best to bring our XIMB family together and organise the G2G. Utterly elated to see so many positive messages! I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Jiji , Subhra , Sarvesh , Ejaz , Aditi , Rachana and Kaushik for their sweat and toil and time . Believe me ,it’s utterly difficult to convince and motivate yourself to find time from your professional and family life to organise something like this !

Sincere thanks to @Siladitya from Deoleo and @Jiji from Filantro for sponsoring the amazing gift hampers . Shout-out to Samir , Aastha , Sanchita , Yogesh ,Aaryanshu , Hrishikesh , Sahil , Sambit , Smriti , Soumyadeep , Subhrantu for volunteering yesterday to manage the operations . Thanks a lot , folks ! Many thanks for Debu and Chandra for their moral support ! I would also like to appreciate the Student Alcom for providing us the much needed air cover ! Last but not the least , I am a utterly grateful to everyone who came yesterday and made this get together a grand success. And all those who couldn’t come , I hope we meet soon .

We need more people to the part of the organising team , there are only a handful us as of now . Also let’s all come up with ideas regarding increasing interactions among ourselves . Let’s be a more close knit group.
