A Fantastic Afternoon at the Madras Race Course!
The G2G @MRC, held after a long gap, was a tremendous success, filled with deep insightful conversations and fantastic energy. It was a wonderful opportunity for all to connect, learn, and share experiences across different stages of our professional journeys.

Key Highlights

• Incredible Turnout: There was an impressive turnout of about 40 participants. It was inspiring to see a true cross-section of our community, spanning all the way from the Class of 1995 (Giri) down to three of our current SIPs.
• Navigating Career Stages: Giri (who is a C Suite & Exec Coach) spoke briefly about unique career challenges we face at every level—from junior roles, through the complexities of mid-management, all the way up to senior leadership.
• Collaborative Wisdom: The presentation sparked an intense and deeply insightful discussion. Lingam, and numerous other alumni chipped in, alongside President Kishalay to offer real-world perspectives and advice across industries as well.
• Community & Connection: This formal discussion flowed perfectly into an excellent networking and fellowship session, giving everyone a chance to build stronger bonds.

What's Ahead?
The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with multiple requests to organize another event just like this quickly. This is a good straw-man for future events and yes, they specifically kept music and the dance floor out to facilitate networking !
