We are delighted to share that our 1998 alumnus Gaurav Chawla has joined EY as a Partner. He is an entrepreneurial business leader with 27 years of stellar track record in building and hyper-scaling new business units, Regional and country leadership (APAC, India, Canada), 20 years of GCC Sales & Delivery experience, Large deals origination, Market Making, Consulting, AI-led Digital Transformations, Leading large teams, P&L ownership, etc. 

He has truly global experience having worked across 3 Continents - North America (New York, Toronto), Europe (London), & Asia (Tokyo, Mumbai, New Delhi). 

Over his 27 years - he has been associated with GCCs for the last 20 years whether within a Captive, or leading the GCC business at multiple consulting firms, or helping GCC firms setup in India. He has led India GCC Sales for Polaris, was an early member of the team that scaled IBM’s GCC practice, and subsequently led the GCC business for ITC Infotech as SVP & Country Head with over 60+ GCCs as clients. 

In the past, he has also worked in Global roles - in NYC / Wall Street scaling the Citigroup account, in Toronto opening up the Canadian market, prior to his return to India.

Also worked with TCS, Headstrong, AV Birla Group. AI evangelist, and is a Thought leader with diverse experiences in environments such as Fortune 500 and Mid-size firms - across domains like BFSI, Retail/Consumer, Broadcast Media, and Travel tech - with over 15 years in the BFSI IT space.
